Investigative Judge Mirjana Rigljan late Thursday night ordered that Kutle be detained in jail for 48 hours. Kutle is held suspect along with another nine persons - former members of the board of directors and associates of the "Tisak" company, for absconding over 10 million German marks. Confinement should cease Saturday night unless deputy Municipal State Attorney files for charges and further imprisonment.
