ZAGREB, Feb 3 (Hina) - Miroslav Kutle, the former majority-owner of 'Tisak' press distributor, who was arrested and taken before the Zagreb County court investigating judge on Thursday, will be taken into custody for the next 48
hours. In his statement to the investigating judge, Kutle dismissed all of his charges, attorney Zeljko Gulisija told reporters while leaving the court building around 10 p.m. on Thursday. Kutle and another nine persons, former members of the 'Tisak' management, directors of his companies and his business partners, are suspected of having abused their offices in business activities and caused damage to 'Tisak' amounting to about 48 million kuna (about US$6.4 million).(hina) rml
