ZAGREB ZAGREB, Jan 28 (Hina) - The Banca Commerciale Italiana on Friday paid 300 million euro for 66.3 percent of shares of the Privredna Bank Zagreb (PBZ) in compliance with the 17 December 1999 contract signed by the Italian bank
and the Croatian Agency for ensuring savings and rehabilitation of banks (DAB), the Privredna Bank's public relations office reported on Friday evening. It added that all contractual conditions had been met. The Privredna Bank Supervisory Board held an extraordinary session this evening when new members of this body were elected - Enrico Meucci, Leonardo Attanasio, Kenneth Lomas and Adriano Arietti and the fifth member Mladen Sunjic who was appointed in the board by the Croatian Agency for rehabilitation of banks (DAB).(hina) ms
