In his opinion, the implementation of the Value Added Tax devalue the book in the past two years. Letica reminded that he always advocated zero VAT rate. He expressed hope that the new authorities would attach greater importance to the book production and stressed that the country must stimulate the entire cultural production because the potential of citizen is the greatest national capital.
