ZAGREB, Jan 20 (Hina) - Presidential candidate of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) Mate Granic on Thursday held closed-door meetings with delegations of the Croatian Society of Public Service Unions, Croatian Alliance of Youth
Associations and the Croatian Returnees' Association. Delegation representatives thanked Granic for his support and assistance in solving their problems, and received from him conviction that if he should become president of the country, he would continue the cooperation, head of Granic's electoral headquarters, Andrej Plenkovic, said.
