swamped on Monday, as opposed to Sunday when ballots could also be cast. People are waiting for several hours in front of the Croatian embassy in Belgrade to vote. Some of them have expressed dissatisfaction with the organisation of the voting. Representatives of the Association for Assistance to refugees from Croatia, who called on Serb refugees to vote in the elections, told the Beta news agency and the Radio B-92 that there was insufficient space for the vote to be well organised in Croatian diplomatic and consular offices. According to some estimates, about 100,000 refugees have a right to vote in Yugoslavia.
