Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic of smuggling tobacco, and sentenced him to three months in prison. Djukanovic had filed a private lawsuit against Asanin for publishing articles from Zagreb's "Nacional" on the Montenegrin tobacco mob. He was accused of publishing 21 articles from the Zagreb weekly in the Montenegrin daily "Dan", thus offending the Montenegrin president, which could have damaged Djukanovic's reputation.(hina) np sb
