THE HAGUE/ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb Dragan Kolundzija was released on Thursday from the Hague war crimes tribunal's prison, in line with an order from the president of the International Criminal Tribunal for former
Yugoslavia (ICTY), Claude Jorda, the ICTY said in a statement. On 13 November this year Kolundzija was sentenced to three years in prison after he admitted he was guilty for crimes committed against Croats and Muslims at the Keraterm prison camp near Banja Luka in 1992. At the time the tribunal pronounced the sentence, Kolundzija had already spent almost two and a half years in prison, which was included in his sentence. Regulations of the Hague tribunal do not prohibit release before the entire sentence has been served.(hina) sb rml
