PRESIDENT TALK ICTY BELGRADE, Dec 4 (Hina) - The head of a European Parliament delegation for South Eastern Europe, Doris Pack, said in talks with President Vojislav Kostunica in Belgrade on Tuesday Yugoslavia had to cooperate with the Hague war crimes tribunal, and called for renewing talks on relations within the federation. A statement from his Office said Kostunica pointed to Yugoslavia's "firm commitment" to resolve all issues important for his country's rapprochement with the European Union, and in this respect the passing of a law stipulating cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Pack pointed to the need of resolving the refugee issue, emphasising conditions must be provided for their return to Kosovo.
