LJUBLJANA, Nov 28 (Hina) - Slovenia will start implementing the
Schengen regime on the border with Croatia as of 2004, when it is
estimated to be entering the European Union, as the border will
become a border outside the EU, Slovene's European Issues Minister

According to him, Slovenia will then begin implementing security,
