SARAJEVO, Nov 19 (Hina) - Bosnian state border service confirmed Monday that one Croatian national has been arrested at the Bosanski Brod border crossing because he took part in illegal cigarette trade. A statement delivered to Hina
in Sarajevo read that during a regular border crossing inspection, it was established that K.B., born in 1971, drove a tank-lorry owned by the "Euro-cop" company from Srebrenik without appropriate documentation. During the inspection, over 200 cartons of "Marlboro" and "Marlboro Light" cigarettes were found in the vehicle. A forged drivers licence was also found among the hidden load. According to unconfirmed claims, the value of the confiscated goods is estimated to amount over 300,000 German marks.
