BUCHAREST BUCHAREST, Nov 15 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan and his Slovene counterpart Janez Drnovsek discussed open issues between the two countries and ways of settling them in Bucharest on Thursday. The two premiers
will attend a summit of Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) member-states on Friday. Racan is a guest. Croatia is expected to join the CEFTA next spring. Speaking to reporters about the talks with Drnovsek, Racan said: "We noted that we've come to a standstill on the border issue, less on account of their and more on account of Croatia's situation." Racan said he and Drnovsek agreed Croatia and Slovenia must resume cooperating and settling the issues that can be settled, which he added would facilitate agreeing about the border.
