Oliver Ivanovic, a representative of the "Povratak" Serb
coalition, said on Friday that the creation of a national Kosovo
government, which would be formed by Albanian political parties,
would not make normal living conditions possible for members of
other ethnic communities in the province, nor would it have the
support of the international community.
He said Kosovo Serbs would enter a coalition with parties for which
the independence of Kosovo was not a priority.
The first session of the Kosovo parliament has been scheduled for
November 30.
