BELGRADE, Nov 18 (Hina) - Ballots gathered in Serbia and Montenegro for general elections in Kosovo were transported to Kosovo's territory at the OSCE's tally centre in Obilic near Pristina, spokesman for the non-governmental Centre
for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID), Marko Blagojevic, said Sunday. The electoral headquarters of the "Povratak" (Return) coalition has stated that, based on the 92 percent of tallied ballots, Serbs could have between 20 and 22 seats in Kosovo's parliament, which would make them "third largest" after the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo and the Democratic Party of Kosovo. According to incomplete information OSCE has at hand, 57.3 percent of the total registered Serbs voted in the parliamentary elections.(hina) lml
