BELGRADE, Nov 21 (Hina) - The Serb coalition Povratak said on Wednesday the constitution of an all-Albanian government of national unity in Kosovo "is contrary to declarations advocating multiethnicity and respect for democratic
principles." The coalition, which won 22 of 120 seats in the Kosovo parliament at last weekend's general election, said in a statement it was open for multiethnic coalitions. The former political representative of the Kosovo Liberation Army and incumbent chairman of the Kosovo committee for the protection of human rights, Adem Demaqi, told Belgrade's Politika daily that Serbs and Albanians in the southern Yugoslav province should find a way to "stop with the mutual hatred" and "cooperate in the future parliament and other Kosovo institutions" as much as possible.
