ZADAR, Nov 14 (Hina) - Momcilo Draca, a Croatian Serb arrested in Hungary in late May under war crimes charges and handed over to Croatia at the request of the Justice Ministry some ten days ago, has been held in custody at the Zadar
County Court investigating centre. Following his hand-over to Croatia, which was made known only on Wednesday, Draca was escorted to Zadar, where investigating judge Antun Klismanic ruled that he be remanded in custody. An investigation in under way. Draca is suspected of having participated in the murder of 43 civilians in the village of Skabrnja in the Zadar hinterland on November 18, 1991.(hina) sb rml
