The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) indicted Ljubicic for crimes against humanity and the violation of the laws and customs of war committed by the persecution of Bosnian Moslems in Vitez and Busovaca during the Croat-Moslem conflicts in the country.
