Rights of Active Military Personnel and Authorised Officials, both in the first reading. Defence Minister Jozo Rados said the latter would recognise years of service earned in the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA), thus enabling the retirement of surplus labour at the Defence Ministry. The bill also envisages the cancellation of regulations on the accelerated pension plan, which will be regulated with a special government decree, Rados said.
