ZAGREB, Oct 8 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan met Italian President Carlo Azegli Ciampi to discuss the expansion of Croatian-Italian economic cooperation, the Croatian government media and public relations office said in
a statement on Tuesday. Ciampi arrived in a two-day official visit to Croatia earlier today. The Racan-Ciampi talks focused on bilateral relations amd possible economic projects in order to make already good relations between the two countries even better, the statement read. The Croatian Prime Minister said the government and parliament would soon adopt legal documents which would confirm Croatia's European orientation, particularly in the field of the protection of minorities.
