THE HAGUE/ZAGREB, Oct 9 (Hina) - A spokesman for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Jim Landale, on Tuesday confirmed that a former Yugoslav and Serbian President, Slobodan Milosevic, was indicted of
crimes perpetrated in Croatia in the early 1990s. According to an indictment, signed by a Portuguese judge, Almiro Rodrigues on Monday, Milosevic is charged with crimes against humanity, the violation of the law and customs of war and breaches of the Geneva Convention.
