The indicted men are general Pavle Strugar, vice admiral Miodrag
Jokic, vice admiral Milan Zec and captain first class Vladimir
Kovacevic.
The indictment was issued for the violation of the Geneva
conventions and the customs and laws of war.
ICTY Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte decided to unseal the
indictment, which was confirmed on February 27 of this year,
following the Yugoslav authorities' refusal to extradite the four
men for seven months since a request was made.
