LUXEMBOURG, Oct 8 (Hina) - The European Union on Monday officially released its report on human rights for the year 2001, which covers the period from July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001. In the part of the report on the human rights
situation in the world, including Croatia, the EU expresses concern with the slow refugee return process, respect for the rights of the members of minority groups, and judicial reforms, especially on the local level. The EU has called on the Croatian authorities to continue efforts towards establishing full cooperation with the international criminal tribunal for former Yugoslavia in the Hague.(hina) rml
