BELGRADE, Sept 29 (Hina) - Serbian Socialist Party (SPS) labelled the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decision to expand the indictment against the SPS president Slobodan Milosevic to include war
crimes in Croatia as "an act that goes against morals, history, justice and common sense." In a statement released in Belgrade Saturday, the SPS leadership offers Milosevic their "support", calling him "brave and honourable" and claiming ICTY was "an instrument of a failed Clinton administration policy, the consequences of which could be felt on September 11." They dismissed the indictment against Milosevic as an ICTY ploy "to justify its existence through lies and fabrications."(hina) js
