MOSTAR, Sept 27 (Hina) - Bosnia's Croatian Democratic Union party (HDZ BH) has opposed a Zenica Cantonal Court demand for an investigation of 15 Croat officials and officers from the central Bosnian municipality of Zepce suspected of
war crimes. The party said in a statement on Thursday the Zenica court and state prosecutor's office were controlled by Muslim authorities, and that a trial there would not contribute to the strengthening of mutual confidence, tolerance and coexistence in Bosnia. The HDZ BH objects to the fact that the Zenica Cantonal Court has and is not prosecuting any perpetrator of grave crimes against local Croats and their collective persecution from municipalities where before the 1990s war they numbered 120,000.(hina) ha
