paid the idea no attention. The proposal has so far been referred to in the media exclusively in the context of Croatian reactions. Yugoslav news agencies Tanjug and Beta on Monday night cited a statement issued by the Croatian Foreign Ministry and the statement by Foreign Minister Tonino Picula broadcast on Croatian Television. Fischer's initiative also gave no rise to publicity in Bosnia. Bosnian government authorities have to this day not been officially acquainted with the "non paper" the German minister presented to his European counterparts last week.
