ZAGREB, Sept 19 (Hina) - Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic on Wednesday dismissed claims to the effect that the government's office for cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal has double standards for persons the tribunal is
interested in interviewing. There are no double standards, was Granic's only comment. Earlier today, Josko Moric of the opposition's Democratic Centre (DC) told reporters the double standards of the government's office were cause for particular concern. Moric rebuked the government for having done everything during military chief-of-staff Gen. Petar Stipetic's interview with investigators from The Hague earlier this year, but showing scant interest in the case of Djurica Franjo, a former police head. Earlier today in parliament, DC's MP Vesna Skare-Ozbolt also criticised the office.(hina) ha
