LJUBLJANA, Sept 17 (Hina) - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel stated Monday his offer of Slovenia as an intermediary in Montenegro-Serbia negotiations was an offer of good will, put forward in the context of the aftermath of the
terrorist attacks on the United States last Tuesday. "During talks with Montenegrin friends, I intimated my belief that a lot will change in Southeast Europe as well, after the terrorist attacks on the U.S. International relations will polarise and become more radical, there will be even less time for sensibility," Rupel said before his visit to Belgrade, where he is due to open the Slovene Embassy building Monday, and have talks with Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic, Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, and Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica.
