unexplained circumstances, the statement said, adding five persons, four Albanians and one Serb, had been killed in the past ten days. International authorities and Kosovo's committee for the protection of human rights and freedoms have voiced concern about the mounting violence, calling on cooperation of all in the province to put an end to that, especially ahead of a Nov. 17 general election.
