SIBENIK, Sept 5 (Hina) - The four war crimes suspects arrested by the Sibenik-Knin police on Tuesday, have been indicted for the murders of two elderly people in the Prokljani village on August 11, 1995, and two civilians in Pavici
village on August 5, 1995. Three of them have also been indicted for killing a prisoner of war, the Sibenik-Knin Police Force commander Goran Pauk and the county prosecutor Zeljko Zganjer told the press. The four indictees are also suspects in a number of other unsolved crimes, the investigation of which continues. County prosecutor Zganjer stated it was possible the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) might re-examine the command responsibility of high-ranking officers of the Croatian Army for the stated crimes.
