ZAGREB, Sept 5 (Hina) - Italian company Calzedonia's 50 million euro investment in the male socks factory in Cakovec is the first greenfield investment in Croatia, the Economy Minister Goranko Fizulic stated Wednesday. The investment
will be implemented in three phases, the first of which - building the 15 million euro factory in Cakovec - has already started. Calzedonia director for Eastern Europe, Dubravko Hoic, announced the factory will employ 250 workers, who will annually produce 23 million pairs of socks, intended for export.
