ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - Last week the money market recorded a very poor liquidity of banks, as well as a chronic money scarcity. In daily credit financing, more than 60 percent of overall demand remained unfulfilled. The unfavourable
offer-demand ratio, frequent corrections and higher interest rates on funds in use significantly increased the average weekly price of money which, in relation to the week before, was 1.81 percent point higher, reaching seven percent. The situation was similar in overnight trading. Demand exceeded offer by several times. The unfavourable offer-demand ratio increased the average price of money by 1.86 percent, to 6.96 percent.(hina) ha
