ZAGREB, Aug 27 (Hina) - Croatia's leading insurance company 'Croatia osiguranje' should undergo privatisation, which will be conducted in two stages and last 10 months, starting today. Representatives of the Economy Ministry, which is
in charge of implementing the process of privatisation, the company's management and privatisation consultants from the CAIB company agreed at today's meeting on project and executive teams and so-called special teams in charge of individual tasks. The privatisation will have two stages and the first one will last during the next 70 days, after which a new information memorandum and a privatisation strategy should be completed in cooperation with the consultants, management and government. The second stage, the sale, should take place in seven to eight months. The company is looking for a quality strategic investor, with strong financial background

'Croatia osiguranje' should undergo privatisation, which will be
conducted in two stages and last 10 months, starting today.
Representatives of the Economy Ministry, which is in charge of
implementing the process of privatisation, the company's
management and privatisation consultants from the CAIB company
agreed at today's meeting on project and executive teams and so-
called special teams in charge of individual tasks.
The privatisation will have two stages and the first one will last
during the next 70 days, after which a new information memorandum
and a privatisation strategy should be completed in cooperation
with the consultants, management and government.
The second stage, the sale, should take place in seven to eight
months. The company is looking for a quality strategic investor,
with strong financial background and knowledge, who will enable the
company to expand its offer on the market as well introduce new
technologies and increase efficiency.
