SARAJEVO, Aug 12 (Hina) - Attorney Faruk Balijagic, representing the former Bosnia-Herzegovina Army commander Sefer Halilovic before the international war crimes tribunal in The Hague, requested of the tribunal's chief prosecutor,
Carla del Ponte, to conjoin investigations of war crimes against Croats in the Herzegovina village of Grabovica, and crimes committed by members of a secret police unit "Seve" (Larks). IN the letter forwarded to del Ponte, Balijagic says the cause for the initiative were reactions after Halilovic's request for the dismissal of Serif Patkovic from the post of minister for veterans of the Central Bosnian Canton. Patkovic, who was commander of the Seventh Moslem brigade in the Bosnian Army during the wear, is directly accused for the killing of a Bosnian Croat in an indictment issued by the war crimes tribunal.
