Recalling the NATO mediated in making a cease-fire possible on July 6, the security council concluded the continuation of its violation seriously brings into question NATO's credibility. The protest rally held in front of the Macedonian parliament Wednesday night, following the killing of ten Macedonian soldiers by the Albanian guerrilla, passed peacefully for the most part. However, after 10pm a group of citizens first tried to force their way into a nearby hospital where seven injured Albanian extremists are hospitalised, but were prevented from doing so by police. The group then went to a shopping centre where they demolished several Albanian-owned shops. Police reinstated order. Albanian extremists opened fire towards Macedonian troops in Tetovo and surroundings all through last night. (hina) lml
