PRISTINA, Aug 4 (Hina) - Five Albanians suspected of being in the National Liberation Army in Macedonia were arrested after attempting to cross the state border into the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo, international peacekeepers
in Kosovo (KFOR) said on Saturday. Among the five were two lightly wounded persons, believed to have sustained the injuries in Macedonian conflicts, KFOR spokesman Howard Rhoades said. In July, the KFOR arrested 180 persons suspected of being members of the National Liberation Army or having in any way assisted Albanian guerrillas in Macedonia. Rhoades said a ten-year-old child was killed in a central Kosovo village on Friday after stepping on a mine near a school. Since KFOR's arrival, 100 were killed by mines in Kosovo and 390 sustained injuries.(hina) ha
