MOSTAR, Aug 7 (Hina) - Banja Luka Archbishop Franjo Komarica said on Tuesday all means are used to sabotage the return of 500,000 displaced located within Bosnia-Herzegovina state borders. "There is no permanent peace without
reconciliation, and this cannot happen if the people don't return," Komarica said on Tuesday at a press conference of the International Humanists League in Sarajevo. The president of Bosnia's association of refugees, Mirhunisa Zukic, said at the conference the status of the exiled and returnees has never been so alarming as it is now and no organisation or return strategy exists regarding the issue. The state presidency, the Council of Ministers, entity and county authorities were called on to create a return strategy.
