Discussing the current situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cardinal Puljic voiced the necessity for the constitutive quality of all peoples on the entire BH territory which must be actual, not only paper existent. Petritsch informed Cardinal Puljic on several issues that international community envoys considered in the past few months. He also acquainted Puljic with his January 11 decision on the establishment of constitutional committees in both BH entities, the KTA reported.
