ZAGREB, Aug 2 (Hina) - The half-year trade balance in Croatia is not favourable -- with the slower growth of exports of 2.6 percent and a significantly greater increase in imports by 23.2 percent, the coverage of exports has plummeted
below 50 percent, and the deficit has exceeded the achieved exports. The deficit in foreign trade has increased by 52.3 percent in comparison to the first six months of last year, reaching 2.3 billion dollars. The coverage of exports over imports is a mere 49.1 percent.(hina) lml

coverage of exports has plummeted below 50 percent, and the deficit
has exceeded the achieved exports.
The deficit in foreign trade has increased by 52.3 percent in
comparison to the first six months of last year, reaching 2.3
billion dollars. The coverage of exports over imports is a mere 49.1
percent.
