BELGRADE, July 30 (Hina) - The registry of voters from Kosovo, displaced on the Serbia and Montenegro territory, began Monday for Kosovo general elections scheduled for November. The elections are organised by the Organisation for
Security and Cooperation in Europe. The registry of displaced Kosovars will be held in 160 municipalities until September 8. By OSCE criteria, these people or one of their parents must be born in Kosovo, or they lived in the Yugoslav province for at least five years. Refugees from Croatia and Bosnia- Herzegovina who spent five or more years as refugees in Kosovo will also have the right to vote in the election.(hina) lml
