at 14.30 hours on Thursday, the tribunal said on Wednesday.

The Croatian general has been accused, on command and personal
responsibility, of September 1993 crimes against Croatian Serbs
from the Pocket of Medak region.
Ademi surrendered to the Hague tribunal earlier today. Before
departing for the Netherlands he told reporters he was leaving with
a "clear conscience as I did not order any crimes during the
Homeland Defence War," Croatia's 1990s war of independence from the
ex-Yugoslavia.
Ademi's attorney Cedo Prodanovic arrived at The Hague in the
afternoon. He said he planned on visiting the general at the
Scheveningen prison later in the day.
Prodanovic said the voluntary surrender had passed without
problems. He did not want to comment on the content of the
indictment against his client, which was disclosed earlier today,
saying he would do so at the tribunal.
