ZAGREB, July 5 (Hina) - Representatives of the Croatian and Slovene governments on Thursday finished negotiations on the re-organisation of the status of the nuclear power plant in Krsko and on their joint use of it, the Croatian
economy ministry stated after the talks which took place in the Slovene town of Otocac ob Krka. The completion of the negotiations means the continuation of the use of investments in this plant, which began in 1970 when the two countries reached agreement on the joint investment in the Krsko nuclear power plant. Now the two governments should endorse the text of the agreement, which is to be signed this month. The Croatian and Slovene parliaments are expected to ratify the document by the end of this year.(hina) ms
