MOSTAR, June 20 (Hina) - Spokesman for the Mostar office of the UN Mission to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Stefo Lehman today announced several border crossings between Croatia and Herzegovina will be closed to prevent the smuggling of
cigarettes, people and vehicles. Herzegovina, he said, is one of the most used smuggling channels in this part of Europe. Asked to comment on media reports that Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic was involved in the smuggling of cigarettes, Lehman said the International Police Task force (IPTF) had no detailed information about the issue. Lehman stressed that the UN Mission is dissatisfied with the investigation into the recent bout of violence in Trebinje during the foundation laying ceremony for a new mosque in the town. He called on authorities of the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska to expand the investigation so everybody involved in the organisation and participation in
