ZAGREB, June 20 (Hina) - A programme of the reconstruction of business activities of small and medium entrepreneurship, namely companies in which the state has more that 25 percent of the share for which the crafts, small and medium
entrepreneurship ministry invited a bid for loans in cooperation with the Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d.(RBA), in most cases is not recognised by administrations and supervising committees of certain companies and so far not a single loan has been approved within the programme. These are the topics of a two-day seminar in the Croatian Crafts, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, led by analysts of the United States consulting company, Deloitte&Touche. The seminar aims at informing about 10 participant of the ways of achieving successful results in implementing the reconstruction in Croatian companies. Croatian companies. In line with its experience, Deloitte&Touche
proposed models for the reconstruction of insolvent companies and
well as those whose business transactions suffered losses in
eastern Europe. The American analysts said such models were used in
Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
