PRISTINA PRISTINA, June 15 (Hina) - Several thousand students and residents of Pristina and other Kosovo towns staged a protest rally in Pristina on Friday, joining the families of missing Albanians and those imprisoned in Serbian
prisons. Speakers at the gathering urged the release of all Albanian prisoners, some 250 of them, who are in Serbian prisons, as well as an investigation into the fate of at least 3,500 persons who went missing during the Kosovo conflict. The international community is not doing enough to solve this painful issue, they said, singling out the U.N. civil administrator for Kosovo, Hans Haekkerup, for criticism. Haekkerup is not exerting enough pressure on Belgrade to set free all Albanian prisoners although the Kosovo conflict ended two years ago, said the speakers, including writer Flora Brovina, herself a former prisoner. She requested that the most influential countries exert pressure on Belgrade
