ZAGREB, June 7 (Hina) - Croatian and Yugoslav authorities have identical standpoint on the return of refugees, thus this issue would become easier to solve in the future, UN High Commissioner for refugees Ruud Lubbers said in Zagreb
on Thursday. Lubbers arrived in Croatia on Wednesday and visited the central Croatian towns of Nova Gradiska, Okucani, and Vrbovljani. Earlier today, Lubbers held talks with Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan in Zagreb. The Croatian government is determined to solve the return issue and must make a plan for the next year and a half in order to enable the return for those who want to return.
