ZAGREB, June 3 (Hina) - Croatian Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications Minister Alojz Tusek told reporters today at the government building which was opened for the public that all road work relating to preparations for this year's tourist season, will be completed by July 1, and Croatia will welcome the tourist season as planned. Preparations for accompanying structures for the tourist season have reached momentum, roads are being fixed. The highway around Karlovac is near completion, Tusek said, adding the road will lift the traffic burden off the road through Karlovac. He recalled that Croatian Railways are introducing the summer schedule as of today, with more trains. Croatia Airlines have completed all preparations and airports are ready to accept the expected 20 percent more passengers than last year.
