ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - Bank Austria Creditanstalt Croatia d.d. and Hypovereinsbank Croatia will merge this summer into HVB Croatia. After the approval of the commercial court, the bank should be registered under the name of "HVB Bank
Croatia d.d.". Bank Austria said in a statement that the new name shows the concept of the HVB-Group in entirety as "the bank of regions" - strong regional banks guarantee good knowledge of the market, close ties with clients and rapid decision making. At this moment, HVB Croatia has over EUR350 million at its disposal and will provide services to over 16,000 clients in six branch offices.
