MOSTAR, May 9 (Hina) - The Republika Srpska Interior Ministry on Wednesday dismissed Trebinje police commissioner Jovo Cokoril as a result of last Saturday's incidents in which a High Representative special envoy, Daniel Ruiz, was
physically assaulted, and great numbers of Serbs obstructed the setting of the foundation stone for the reconstruction of a war-devastated mosque in the town. Police have arrested four of the ten people who were involved in the incident. The UN Mission hails Jovo Cokoril's dismissal and demands that all those involved in the incidents in Trebinje to be punished, spokesman for the UN Mission in Mostar, Stefo Lehmann, told a news conference today, adding the incidents were organised and planned.
