MOSTAR, May 8 (Hina) - Shareholders of the Herzegovacka Bank in Mostar on Tuesday filed a complaint to the Mostar Municipal Court against the Office of the high representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina (OHR). The complaint was filed for
forceful entry, destruction of property and blocking the work of the privately-owned bank, as well as the suspension of stockholders, employees and the bank's management, and the blocking of all client's accounts. High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch on April 6 introduced a temporary management in the bank because the international community saw the bank as a financial service to the self-proclaimed Croat self-rule in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The municipal court was requested to execute a temporary measure and order the OHR to return property to the owners and enable employees to return to work.
