ZAGREB POLICE ARREST 18 PERSONS DURING 'MILLENNIUM MARIJUANA ZAGREB, May 6 (Hina) - During Saturday's rally for the decriminalisation of soft drugs called "Millennium Marijuana March", 18 persons were arrested, of whom six were
minors, Zagreb police said in a statement on Sunday. The arrested persons had 21.5 grams of marijuana in their possession. The police said they would file charges against the arrested persons for drug abuse. The police said they would also press charges against the organiser of the rally, 24-year old Sergio Stifanic, because he failed to report the holding of the rally. Stifanic told reporters yesterday the rally was not reported because the police would prevent its holding. He added "The March" had no official organiser because nobody wanted to end up in prison.
